Our client is a leading sweets QSR redefining the way traditional sweets and café experiences are enjoyed in Kuwait. With a strong emphasis on premium quality, elegant presentation, and cultural authenticity, their boutique offers a curated selection of handcrafted desserts, snacks, and gift boxes. We're now seeking a creative and driven Brand Manager to lead product and brand development efforts as we continue to expand and refine our offerings.

The Brand Manager will oversee the enhancement of our existing product lines, the development of new packaging solutions, and the execution of innovative marketing strategies. This role blends creativity with business acumen, requiring a strong eye for design, deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to elevate our brand presence both in-store and online.

Responsibilities

Product & Packaging Development

  • Audit existing product range and packaging; propose improvements in quality, design, and presentation
  • Source or collaborate with packaging suppliers to deliver custom, brand-aligned solutions
  • Ensure packaging meets brand standards while being cost-effective and production-ready

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints (products, packaging, café, social, campaigns)
  • Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to develop visual assets and branded materials
  • Identify market trends and competitor positioning to refine unique value proposition

Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop marketing strategies to drive product visibility and café footfall
  • Collaborate on social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and seasonal launches
  • Coordinate product launches, from concept to execution (design, pricing, packaging, promotion)
  • Monitor customer feedback and market response to refine strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Product Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in brand management, product marketing, or packaging within F&B, retail, or hospitality
  • Strong portfolio of product or brand-related work (e.g. packaging design, campaigns, product improvements)
  • Understanding of the Kuwaiti market and consumer preferences is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, project management, and supplier coordination skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
