Assistant Manager – Market Research

The candidate shall conduct market surveys to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies. His responsibilities include:

  1. Identify the appropriate research methodology to design market surveys.
  2. Conduct field visits for data collection.
  3. Design research questionnaires.
  4. Provide market information and analyze competitor's data for the business units of Al Sayer Group.
  5. Conduct statistical analysis of daily sales, customer profile, salesman performance, etc., submit report with conclusions and recommendations to GM.
  6. Marketing and upload on e-synergy with user access as per security policies of the group.
  7. Contact Research Agencies to assist in the Market Surveys or new Research Projects.
  8. Prepare and analyze the Market Survey Reports such as CSI, Consumer Behavior, etc.
  9. Document Research Projects.
  10. Prepare the aging report of certified cars.
  11. Prepare Balanced Scorecard.

Educational Qualifications:

• Primary: Post Graduate Diploma (Bachelor Degree + 1 or 2 year diploma) or equivalent degree or Certification with 3 years of experience.

• Alternate: Bachelor degree (12th Standard + 3 years or 4 years degree) or equivalent and 6 years of experience.

• Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic is a must.

• Licensure: Valid Kuwait Driving License.
