Senior Digital Marketing Associate

Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the Brand's Marketing Strategy across the full digital portfolio including ecommerce, social media, paid media, digital projects, CRM and future digital innovations that help promote the brand to the relevant target audience.
The Digital Marketing Associate shall report to the country Marketing Manager and will be based in the Americana Kuwait Head Office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM as per the marketing calendar.
- Work on the growth hacking funnel and use nontraditional ways for maximizing customer acquisition, increase Conversion % and reduce churn rate%.
- Effectively execute brand marketing campaigns.
- Take an active role in budgeting and digital/media planning.
- Create digital marketing strategies for users
- Collaborate with Product Management and optimize predictive and/or personalization models to identify leads and/or elevate the customer experience.
- Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads into growth.
- Analyze performance of campaigns on a daily/weekly basis and use this data to constantly evolve and improve results.
- Report and present on KPIs related to campaign performance and business impact (e.g., revenue, ROI, customer, etc.)
- Develop offers to retain current customers.
- Leverage Social Media management tools to track content performance, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Drive social listening tools, providing insights about current campaigns, activations, popular conversation, sentiment, influencers, and trends taking place in the market.
- Support in the implementation of the Brand's SEO strategy.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, social media trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital / social media marketing.
- Knowledge and experience in Quick Service Restaurants or Food & Beverage is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross functional and show accountability within the team.
