Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute the product vision and strategy by identifying core problems/needs and conceptualizing innovative, AI-driven solutions. Define and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Manage end-to-end feature releases, major product roll-outs, upgrades, and optimization projects.
  • Evaluate products using both quantitative and qualitative metrics during release testing and in production.
  • Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance product performance and user experience.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks, create clear delivery plans, and track progress against milestones.
  • Use agile methodologies and project management tools to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to drive alignment and achieve product goals.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, remove blockers, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
  • Identify new ways to engage, retain, and grow the user base.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve product features and functionality.
  • Contribute to product design ideas and validate assumptions through user research and testing.
  • Incorporate AI features into product design to enhance usability and value.
  • Work with product marketing to design and execute go-to-market strategies, highlighting AI capabilities.
  • Support the development of product pricing and marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the PropTech/FinTech space.
  • Propose AI-driven product improvement initiatives based on market insights.
  • Collect and review post-release feedback from support teams and customers.

Team Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage team workflows and timelines, ensuring efficient task allocation and adherence to deadlines.
  • Handle team dynamics, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Prioritize tasks and resources to align with business goals and deliver high-quality results on time.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's.
  • Strong Product Management experience, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong UI/UX background with a focus on AI-integrated designs.
  • Experience with project management tools, particularly in AI-driven projects.
  • Experience working cross-functional in a KPI driven company.
  • Certification in Agile Product Owner or Scrum training would be an add-on.
  • Proven experience in executing product roadmaps, particularly with AI and SaaS models.
  • Experience in working and delivering efficient B2B SaaS models.
  • Technical experience with data, analytics, design, or engineering would be an added advantage.

  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to delegate tasks by working with cross-functional teams and troubleshooting problems to figure out the best solutions.
  • Highly developed skills and proven successful experience in building and maintaining strong and effective working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong intuition for business and strategy, particularly AI-driven initiatives.
  • Fluent in Arabic is a plus.
