We are two small startups under the same ownership group, seeking a dedicated full-time accountant to manage our financial operations. You will be responsible for handling both business units' accounting processes, ensuring each has organized and clear financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and separate financial records for both business units.
  • Process daily financial transactions and ledger updates.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Coordinate with external auditors when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple financial records independently.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time (8 hours/day, 5 days a week)
  • Work will be divided efficiently between both business units
