Job Summary:

Thiqa HomeCare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead our team of skilled nurses in delivering exceptional home healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and experienced nursing professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and support homecare nursing staff to ensure top-tier patient care.


• Monitor patient progress and coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams.


• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.


• Train and mentor nurses to enhance professional growth and patient outcomes.


• Manage schedules, performance evaluations, and staff development programs.


• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.


• 3 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role.


• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid MOH license.


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Knowledge of home healthcare regulations and best practices.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
