Are you passionate about construction planning, contract accuracy, and driving project coordination? Join our dynamic team at [Benchmark Fitout ], one of the region's leading fit-out contractors, delivering premium interior projects across retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

What You'll Do:


• Create and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project


• Coordinate across all stakeholders — from technical and procurement teams to site execution and subcontractors


• Draft and review subcontractor contracts with precision, ensuring all clauses protect company interests


• Track project milestones, progress reports, variation orders, and claims


• Conduct regular planning meetings and issue action-oriented minutes


• Lead communication flow and ensure timely responses to all project needs


• Identify risks early and support decision-makers with data-driven solutions

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline


• 5–7 years of experience in the fit-out or interior construction sector


• Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project


• Excellent knowledge of contracts, BOQs, variations, and claims .


• Strong coordination, multitasking, and reporting skills


• Fluent in written and verbal communication (English required & Arabic )

Nice to Have:


• Experience with Grade A retail or hospitality projects


• Familiarity with local construction laws and building codes


• PMP or PMI-SP certification
