HR Business Partner / Business Psychologist

Key Responsibility:

  • Identification, documentation, and fulfillment of service requirements.
  • Implementation, management, and improvement of service processes and integration of processes.
  • Compliance with statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Project team continuous performance/skills improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Effectively monitor, control, and support service delivery along with ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are followed.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Definition of service level agreements (SLA's) in relation to contracted services, ensuring the SLAs are achieved, service quality and client expectations are met or exceeded as well as profitable.
  • Carry out any other responsibilities or tasks that are instructed by the company.

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer/electronics engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
  • Certified in the following professional certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP).
  • 10+ years of experience in various services.
  • 7+ years of experience in outsourcing and IT service management (at least one client reference for an outsourcing project must be provided).
  • 3+ years of experience as a service delivery manager in a similar project (a client certification must be provided).
  • 3+ years' experience working with service management tools based on ITIL principles.
  • Excellent experience in staff development, training, and performance reviewing.
  • Proven track record of relationship management, quality management, and setting up policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well.
  • Must possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
