We are seeking qualified GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) and BSc. Nursing professionals from India for exciting career opportunities in Kuwait. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires dedication, clinical expertise, and a commitment to compassionate nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment procedures.
- Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and medical history.
- Assist doctors in medical procedures and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.
- Qualification: GNM or BSc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital setting preferred).
- Registration: Valid nursing license from the Indian Nursing Council (INC) or State Nursing Council.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- Proficiency in basic medical procedures and emergency care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait and comply with visa/work permit regulations.
- Language: Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory).
