Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle logistics operations by assigning appropriate shipping agents for foreign purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with customs clearance and transportation agents to ensure smooth import processes.
  • Follow up on international shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays.
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to issue Letters of Credit (LCs) to foreign suppliers.
  • Receive and review shipping documents from the bank in a timely manner.
  • Perform procurement duties for bulk materials, primarily sourcing from local suppliers for the HVAC Contracting division.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics coordination and procurement.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and international shipping.
  • Familiarity with Letters of Credit and bank documentation processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Candidates with experience in Engineering companies are preferred.
