Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Kuwait City. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer service initiatives, and supporting sales efforts. This role also involves creating and executing promotional campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for brand growth.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with market research and data analysis.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in the F&B industry is a plus

- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, strategies, and project execution.
- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Coordinate projects across departments, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
