  • Manage all PCs, servers, and network equipment located in Kuwait.
  • Liaise with service providers and MIT on communication lines, system setup, etc.

Key Result Areas

  • Provide IT support and solutions to meet business goals and expectations.
  • Handle project implementation involving planning, designing, upgrading, and supporting LAN infrastructure and CBK projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring proper resolution.
  • Coordinate application support, installation, and configuration with the Global IT Team.
  • Perform desktop patching, vulnerability management, and domain server support.
  • Ensure desktop/server readiness and manage inventory; support non-domain servers.
  • Conduct security operations (firewall, antivirus, ACL, voice support).
  • Update and adhere to Information Security and ISPM policies.
  • Manage the DR site, ensure operational status, and execute BCP drills.
  • Deliver quality customer service.
  • Coordinate between business and technology needs and communicate effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors to complete projects timely and resolve issues.
  • Manage daily issues and ensure project completion within time and budget.
  • Realign projects as needed and communicate priorities.
  • Monitor SLA adherence and enforce compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulator and audit requirements for Kuwait Branch.
  • Understand security architecture, practices, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with IS teams for local requirements and communicate with head office.
  • Track IT assessment reports and facilitate closure with technology teams.
  • Provide recommendations to improve IS practices and procedures.
  • Manage information security incidents with head office.
  • Maintain and update hardware and software inventory.
  • Manage access to bank areas as per policy.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Graduate in electronics, communications, or computer science.
  • Microsoft certification in Windows OS.
  • Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
