We are hiring Visual Designers for Brand and Design Systems to join our mission of transforming complex, open-source software into efficient, intuitive products that can change how complex systems are built and perceptions of open source capabilities. We seek exceptional designers passionate about impacting millions of engineers, enterprises, entrepreneurs, and consumers daily. These roles are within our central Design team, collaborating closely across the organization.

Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.

The role entails:

  • Working with a diverse team on projects that evolve our brand guidelines, and applying them to communications, our UI design system, and digital graphic design.
  • Creating clear, stylish presentations that enhance user experience and reach a broad audience.
  • Focusing on content and information in your designs, with a strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and web standards.

  • An undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative narrative.
  • Confidence in speaking up, exchanging feedback, and sharing ideas.

  • Passion for technology demonstrated through personal projects.

  • Professional proficiency in English, with excellent presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
