  1. Upkeep of the image, standards, and principles of the organization, keeping a transparent and easily accessible style of management.
  2. Overall responsibility of executing all duties related to the design and graphics department.
  3. Responsible for the maintenance of brand identity.
  4. Fundamentally responsible for the upkeep of the corporate profile and image.
  5. Design all restaurant-related graphics like staff uniforms, menu cards, etc.
  6. In coordination with operations, develop, organize, source, and structure designs for various aspects of restaurant operations like packaging and printing.
  7. Responsible for advertisement and marketing-related graphics (designs) of the company.
  8. Assist the design engineer for all interior design-related graphics.
  9. Ensure that the execution is as per design. Rectify discrepancies, if any. It is the graphic designer's fundamental responsibility to ensure that the design is executed to maximum perfection.
  10. Travel when requested by management and oversee any works entrusted upon.
  11. To have thorough working knowledge of all required software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  12. Responsible for all departmental recording and documentation.
  13. Should constantly be in touch with all the latest trends in the industry and acquire all necessary skills as the company keeps growing.
  14. Should work professionally adhering to timelines.

Skills

  1. High level of computer skills.
  2. Thorough understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and other design software.
  3. Exposure to modern restaurant designs/trends.
  4. Experience in designing for upmarket restaurants is a preference.
  5. Creative, vibrant, and positive.
