We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. You will need to have a strong understanding of baking techniques and be able to create unique and delicious desserts that meet our customers' expectations. The ideal candidate will also have excellent time management skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for creating innovative pastry dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various types of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Develop new recipes and menu items while keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
- Ensure all baked goods are prepared according to company standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to develop cohesive menus.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- Excellent knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
- Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with high standards for quality control.
- Team player with strong communication skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
