Master Indian Baker

We are seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You must have prior experience working as a baker and be able to follow recipes accurately. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake various Indian breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes.
• Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and company expectations.
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Keep the work area clean and sanitized at all times.
• Assist in creating new menu items based on customer demand.
• Train new bakery staff on proper baking techniques and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be of Indian nationality with a valid work permit in Kuwait.
• Prior experience as a baker or pastry chef is required.
• Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques is preferred.
• Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions accordingly.
• Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
