Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Design & Construction Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with proficiency in foundation design, E&I cable routing, structural design and calculations, and construction management. This role involves overseeing design and construction activities, ensuring the preparation of all relevant documentation, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and manage civil engineering solutions for Oil & Gas projects, with a focus on foundation structures, E&I cable routing, and structural integrity.
  2. Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  3. Perform detailed structural calculations and provide technical assessments to ensure safety and efficiency.
  4. Prepare and review technical documentation, such as design reports, construction plans, and specifications.
  5. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical and instrumentation engineers, for seamless project integration.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout design and construction phases.
  7. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve design or construction-related issues.
  8. Provide technical support during project execution and address engineering challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. 6 to 8 years of experience in civil design and construction engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
  3. Proficiency in design and construction management tools such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar software.
  4. Strong knowledge of foundation design, E&I cable routing, and structural calculations.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in preparing documentation for both design and construction phases in Oil & Gas projects.
  2. Familiarity with international codes and standards applicable to the Oil & Gas sector.
