Our partner, a leading international fashion retailer in Kuwait, is currently hiring a Visual Merchandising Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the visual merchandising strategy across the store to deliver impactful displays that reflect brand identity and drive sales.
  • Manage, motivate, and coach the visual merchandising team to ensure high standards and consistent execution.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to adapt displays in line with trends, stock availability, and customer behavior.
  • Monitor and analyze visual merchandising performance and provide feedback to enhance effectiveness.
  • Ensure all visual elements comply with corporate guidelines while tailoring local displays to the store environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Visual Merchandising Manager role within a high-volume retail setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse teams and customers.
  • Creative vision and strong commercial awareness of fashion trends.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear direction and feedback.
