Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine microbiological testing on raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples
  • Identify and classify bacteria, molds, and other microorganisms
  • Prepare culture media, reagents, and samples for lab analysis
  • Document and report results accurately and timely
  • Support investigations of non-conforming products
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment regularly
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the lab
  • Assist in audits and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a microbiology lab (food or pharma preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and lab procedures
  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards
