Pro Sports is looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic & Digital Designer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sports, design, and brand storytelling — and you thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.

As our in-house designer, you'll work across multiple touchpoints including website banners, social media content, layouts for digital campaigns, and brand collateral. You'll also contribute to shaping the visual identity of our brands and support seasonal campaigns and activations.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging website banners, landing page visuals, and campaign graphics
  • Create eye-catching social media posts, stories, and reels covers in line with brand tone
  • Develop reusable design templates and layout systems for faster turnarounds
  • Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to understand creative needs
  • Assist in refining brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and new product launches
  • Design offline materials as needed (flyers, in-store posters, packaging)

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in graphic or digital design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web banners, social media design, and branding work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus
  • Understanding of web and mobile design standards
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for layout, color, and typography
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with sports, fitness, or retail industry is a strong advantage
