Overview

This position will be physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP.

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Warehouse Manager, provides direction and oversight of the day-to-day warehouse operations. This may include, but is not limited to, storage, inventories, receiving, shipping, and preparation of all supporting documentation. Utilizes Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-Army) to perform transactions that update customer data, warehouse inventory, and analytics in real time. Monitors and performs COSIS, 10% cyclic, and 100% annual inventories. Manages DLA turn-in for 252,000 sq ft of warehouse space with 14,000 ATFL lines valued over $29 million.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees operational performance of the Supply Support Activity according to Army Regulation 710-2 and AR 735-5.
  • Uses CAC to input data into GCSS-Army system.
  • Ensures accurate data entry for over 200,000 items.
  • Conducts cyclic inventories; reports shortages.
  • Manages daily warehouse operations, including issues, receiving, and shipping.
  • Prepares documentation for turn-ins and manages excess items.
  • Oversees vehicle inspections and reports damages.
  • Prepares operational reports and trackers.
  • Assists in monitoring COSIS and Shelf-Life programs.
  • Coordinates workloads and resources efficiently.
  • Responds to customer inquiries.
  • Supports employee training and development.
  • Prepares for inspections and responds to requests from authorities.
  • Enforces safety culture and compliance with policies.
  • Adjusts schedules to meet mission needs, including working holidays and overtime.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; additional certifications preferred.
  • Completion of GCSS-Army training preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship, valid driver's license, and CAC eligibility required.
  • Approximately 4 years of relevant experience in supply warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of military and civilian logistics procedures required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
