Job Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor SCADA systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
• Complete assigned operational tasks in accordance with established procedures and instructions.
• Respond appropriately to abnormal and emergency situations using sound judgement and initiative.
• Adapt to changes and improvements in equipment, software, and operating procedures.
• Report equipment faults, system abnormalities, and operational issues to the relevant supervisor.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Follow operational and HSE procedures and seek guidance whenever instructions or procedures are unclear. Qualification Requirements
• Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SCADA operations within the Oil & Gas, refinery, or process industries.
• Practical knowledge of SCADA systems, process monitoring, and industrial plant operations.
• Ability to identify system abnormalities, respond to operational issues, and follow established procedures.
• Good communication skills, initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
