Recovery Clerk

•Initiate and follow up on recovery claims from third-parties like insurance companies, individuals, government entities etc.

•Communicate directly with external insurers to expedite claim recovery settlements.

•Prepare and submit required documentation and claim forms for recovery.

•Coordinate with the company's legal team for recovery cases requiring legal intervention.

•Assist in preparing cases for legal action and provide necessary documentation/support.

•Monitor progress of recovery cases through legal channels and update status regularly.

•Maintain accurate records of recovery cases, correspondence, and payments received.

•Track outstanding recoveries and prepare periodic reports for management review.

•Ensure all recoveries are compliant with internal policies and insurance regulations.

•Interact professionally with internal teams, third-party insurers, and external legal representatives.

•Provide timely updates to the Operations Manager and Agency Manager regarding recovery status.

•Assist in resolving disputes or discrepancies with third-party insurers amicably wherever possible.

•Keep the recovery system (AIMS) up to date with the latest status of recoveries.

•Facilitate and support the IT developments in the AIMS system.

•Submit monthly recovery reports to finance, manager, IRU etc. as needed.

•Assist finance team reconciliation of the books of Accounts with other insurance companies.

•Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and Arabic

•Understanding of motor insurance policies, claims procedures, and third-party recoveries.

•Good knowledge of legal processes related to insurance claims is an advantage.

•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•Proficiency in MS Office and basic insurance software.
