Are you friendly, well-presented, and passionate about guest service and wellness? We are looking for a Female Health Club Receptionist who will be the welcoming face of our health club, ensuring a smooth, professional, and pleasant experience for members and guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Welcoming members and guests warmly and assisting with check-ins and general inquiries.
• Managing appointments, fitness class schedules, and membership registrations accurately.
• Handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries related to health club facilities and services.
• Coordinating closely with fitness instructors, therapists, and supervisors for smooth daily operations.
• Maintaining accurate records, attendance logs, and member information.
• Handling basic cash and card transactions, receipts, and billing queries as required.
• Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and professionally presented at all times.
• Promoting health club services, memberships, and ongoing offers in a courteous manner.
• Adhering to hotel standards, guest confidentiality, and health & safety guidelines.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a health club, spa, gym, or hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking or POS systems.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
