HR Coordinator
We are a people-powered business. So, we're looking for an HR Coordinator who recognises that colleague experience is key – someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting people. You will help create a smooth and empowering HR environment that enables our teams to perform at their best and deliver truly memorable experiences to our guests as a result.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
Supporting the HR department with daily operations including employee documentation, records management, and HR systems updates.
Assisting with onboarding activities such as preparing files, welcome kits, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience for new joiners.
Coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting recruitment activities as needed.
Working closely with Government Relations for visa, residency, medical, and renewal processes.
Collecting, verifying, and updating monthly attendance, overtime, leave records, and supporting payroll preparation (must have payroll experience).
Assisting in organising HR engagement events, colleague recognition activities, and monthly town hall preparations.
Handling employee queries professionally and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every colleague.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, HR standards, and Kuwait Labour Law.
What we need from you
High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent; a diploma or degree in HR is preferred.
Previous experience in Human Resources or administration, preferably in hospitality.
Must have proven experience in payroll inputs (attendance, OT, monthly HR reports).
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy.
Must speak fluent English; additional languages may be preferred.
