Primary Functions: Supports instructors/therapists by helping to supervise activities and working with children on an individual or small group.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and reinforcement for the Instructor/Therapist
  • Assist in one-on-one or small group sessions
  • Set up materials and equipment to help instructors/therapists
  • Provide additional supervision for students during the session
  • Maintain a supportive, safe, and clean classroom environment

General Requirements:

  1. Basic understanding of school curriculum (basic literacy and Math skills)
  2. Experience in working with children
  3. With a positive approach to working with children
  4. Being able to take directions
  5. Good team working skills
  6. Good organizational skills
  7. Ability to take over and manage class for simple activities
  8. Basic computer skills
  9. Fluent in English and/or Arabic

Notes: Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Kuwait.
