Job ResponsibilitiesJob Summary/Purpose:
Deliver and collect vehicles to and from customers and garages as directed by the Direct Manager.

Operational:
1. Drive all types of RAC vehicles to transport visitors, employees, products and materials to the assigned locations according to delivery schedule.
2. Inspect vehicle for defects before delivery and after collection from customers, submit the report indicating vehicle condition and arrange for regular maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
3. Ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles by careful and safe observation of driving methods and regulations.
4. Ensure that vehicles are delivered / collected with proper documents and Kilometers are correctly recorded in the delivery note/movement register.
5. Ensure customer personnel belongings are transferred from the car while accepting the vehicle for service or returning replacement vehicle.
6. Communicate with the Supervisor and inform if the scheduled appointment is delayed or beyond the agreed delivery/ collection time.
7. Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle before delivery.
8. Inspect the vehicle tire, tools, jack, external body and other accessories before delivery and during the collection.
9. Explain the customer about features and condition of the vehicle and prepare delivery note and get signed from customer during delivery and collection.
10. Perform other duties as: move the vehicles within the parking, transfer vehicles to parking yard, receive new vehicle from MNSS Units and assist Car Washers for vehicle movement at car wash station.
