JobTitle: Diploma Nurse – Home Care (Blood Sample Collection)Location: Kuwait (Coit) Employer: Reputed Home Care Company Contract Type: 2 Years (Renewable) KeyResponsibilities:Provide home -based patient care and monitoring as per nursing protocolsPost -license role: Visit patients' homes to perform blood sample collection (phlebotomy duties)Ensure safe handling, labeling, and transport of blood samplesMaintain accurate records and patient documentationCommunicate effectively with patients and family membersMonitor patient conditions and report any abnormalitiesProvide basic patient education regarding care and sample proceduresCooperate with lab and transport teams for timely sample deliveryMaintain confidentiality and uphold patient dignityComply with Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) standards and company policies EligibilityCriteria:Qualification: GNM / Diploma in NursingExperience: Minimum 10 years in nursing practiceGender: Female candidates onlyAge Limit: Up to 35 yearsPrometric: Not mandatory for travel; must be completed after arrival Salary& Benefits:Before License: 220 KWD (Approx. ₹61,000 INR)After License (MOH): 300 KWD (Approx. ₹83,000 INR)Accommodation: ProvidedMedical & Insurance: ProvidedTransportation: ProvidedDuty Hours: 12 hours/dayWeekly Off: 1 DayLeave: 30 Days Paid Annual Leave ReportingTo:Nursing Supervisor / Home CareCoordinator Requirements
