Job description:

seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all activities related to governmental procedures, regulations, visas and immigration, labor-related matters, handling any legal issues that may arise, and company vehicle renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all governmental procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.

Handle all visa, immigration, and labor-related matters for the company's employees.

Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government authorities for various business-related requirements.

Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Address and resolve any legal issues or disputes that may arise in the course of business operations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kuwait's labor laws, immigration policies, and other relevant regulations.

Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and registrations.

Handle the renewal of company vehicles, ensuring all vehicles comply with local regulations and standards.

Assist in the preparation of legal documents and contracts as needed.

Provide support in handling employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer, focusing on governmental procedures and regulations.

In-depth knowledge of Kuwait governmental procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements. Courts/Police Station

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
