About The Role:
This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven candidate to join a growing team in the retail equipment, electronics, and technology sectors. This position will play a key role in identifying market trends, presenting customized solutions to meet client needs, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. This position also involves achieving sales targets, expanding the companys footprint across Kuwait and beyond, and driving long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.

About You:
Ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics, technology, or retail equipment sectors.
  • Strong expertise in product knowledge, conducting sales presentations, negotiations, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and leverage CRM tools to drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and positive in facing challenges and opportunities.
