About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Director of Human Resources in Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Drive strategic HR leadership by designing and executing people strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring policies, practices, and compliance are consistently upheld.
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet workforce needs.
• Strengthen employee relations through proactive conflict resolution, grievance handling, disciplinary management, and fostering a healthy work environment.
• Enhance performance & development, implementing performance management systems, identifying training needs, and supporting career growth programs.
• Oversee total rewards management, administering competitive compensation and benefits while ensuring legal compliance and internal equity.
• Leverage HR analytics & leadership, using data-driven insights to improve HR processes while guiding and developing the HR team for operational excellence.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 8–10 years of professional experience in a comparable HR position.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
• Solid understanding of Kuwait's governmental procedures and labor laws.
