RequirementsThe Project Controls Analyst participates in developing andpresenting designated subjects in training classes and on the job training forspecific processes and practices to the project team members (PM, PFE,Superintendent). The Project Controls Analyst will also work closely andcollaborate with the PFE and Superintendent in respect of constructionprogress, subcontractor issues (i.e. back charges), permits, inspections, ownerissues, field procurement and work -rounds QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or related field10+ years' work experience within the project controls or similar experienceProven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesSuperior communication skills (oral and written)Highly organized and structuredIn -depth knowledge of Standard Accounting practices and proceduresStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross -functional teamsSuperior skills with Microsoft Office and Procore Project Management systemProject Scheduling Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6Document Control ExperienceAbility to travel and/or relocateExperience in projects greater than $50 millionExperience with Sage and ProcoreBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredConstruction experience preferred
