Nuur is an AI-driven mental wellbeing platform with two tracks:
Nuur (B2B): A corporate solution designed for employees in the MENA region. Currently in discovery, it focuses on building culturally relevant, AI-powered mental health support for workplaces.
Nuur Kids (with Alnowair): A joint venture targeting student wellbeing for ages 8–22 across GCC schools. The pilot (Sept–Dec 2025) blends AI coaching, culturally adapted content, and gamified learning for students, parents, and schools.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that drive growth and increase revenue. This exciting role requires a proactive approach to market research, client engagement, and the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies in the vibrant Saudi Arabian market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in Saudi Arabia and the broader region
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Create and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals that maximize value for the organization
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Contribute to the development of long-term business plans and growth strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the Saudi Arabian or Middle Eastern market
- Strong track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Analytical thinking capabilities to assess market potential and develop data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in developing and implementing effective business strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and exceed customer expectations
- Strong market research and analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills would be a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and potentially to other regional locations as needed
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic business environment and embrace innovative approaches
