Reformer Pilates Coach

Position: Group Class Coach / Pilates

Duration: 24 Months

Location: Kuwait

Contract Type: Tax-Free Country

Probation Period: 3 Months

We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated professional Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer specializing in Pilates and functional fitness. In this role, you will lead engaging and effective group fitness classes as well as one-to-one training sessions. The ideal candidate will have strong coaching skills, expertise in Pilates and group training, and demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

1. Maintain the highest standard of coaching as per company guidelines.

2. Coach a minimum of three classes per day, with an expectation of four classes daily.

3. Deliver both group fitness sessions and one-to-one personal training sessions.

4. Provide quality service to existing and potential members/clients.

5. Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained training environment.

6. Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and routines.

7. Supervise and correct clients' exercise form to minimize injury and improve results.

8. Offer modifications for different fitness levels and skills.

9. Monitor clients' progress and adapt programs accordingly.

10. Enforce safety rules and proper use of equipment.

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach.

• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.

• Ability to design and implement personalized training programs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.

• Passion for fitness and commitment to client success.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients.

• CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
