Key Responsibilities:

  • Government & Ministry Liaison
  • Submit and follow up on visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Handle labor office and immigration processes for employees (work permits, iqama/residency).
  • Coordinate with all relevant ministries, including Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Health, and others, for approvals, certificates, or official correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with ministry requirements for business operations.
  • Document Preparation & Management
  • Prepare, organize, and submit all required documents accurately and on time.
  • Maintain updated records of visas, residency permits, labor cards, ministry approvals, and other official documents.
  • Compliance & Regulations
  • Ensure the company follows all labor, immigration, and ministry regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in government procedures, ministry rules, fees, and deadlines.
  • Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and operations to collect employee and company information for submissions.
  • Update management regularly on the status of all government and ministry applications.
  • Problem Solving & Follow-up
  • Resolve issues or rejections from government authorities or ministries.
  • Expedite urgent requests and follow up until completion.
