Job Title: Logistics & Order Management Specialist @Siemens Kuwait

Profile Summary

Experienced and detail-oriented Order & Logistics Professional responsible for overseeing the complete order lifecycle—from receipt and processing to shipment and delivery—within complex infrastructure and grid software projects. Skilled in coordinating across internal functions (project management, sales, procurement, finance, logistics) to ensure order accuracy, inventory alignment, and customer satisfaction. Strong command of SAP, Siemens processes, and delivery tracking makes this role a key operational link in driving project success.

Your Role – Learn, Grow, and Make an Impact

• Receive and review customer orders, coordinating with project managers, engineering, and sales teams to validate all required inputs.
• Accurately enter orders into SAP and monitor their status through delivery.
• Coordinate inventory levels with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure availability.
• Schedule and oversee shipments, working closely with logistics providers to ensure timely and undamaged delivery.
• Track delivery performance and resolve any issues such as delays, damage, or lost shipments.
• Provide regular updates on order status to project managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Handle inquiries and complaints related to orders; manage order modifications, cancellations, and returns.
• Collaborate with finance on credit notes, refunds, or adjustments as needed.
• Generate operational reports on order volume, fulfillment rates, delivery timelines, and delays.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, lead times, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align order priorities with project timelines, inventory, and customer expectations.

Your Qualifications – Bright, Curious, and Eager to Learn

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• You bring with 3–5 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain management within a technical or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with Siemens internal processes, including and SCM workflows.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic and/or German is a plus.
• Background or working knowledge in Electronic, Energy, or Telecommunication Engineering is highly valued.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel when required.
