Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all office areas, including floors, desks, pantry, and washrooms.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum regularly to ensure a tidy environment.
- Arrange and organize office supplies, pantry items, and meeting rooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors during meetings or as required.
- Assist in preparing and setting up for meetings or events.
- Ensure pantry and utensils are cleaned and maintained properly.
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness around the office premises.
- Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow company hygiene and safety standards at all times.
