Someone eager to learn, committed to high standards, and ready to support the team in crafting exceptional desserts and sweet delicacies that delight our guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

Assisting in the preparation, production, and presentation of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts according to hotel standards.

Following recipes accurately and ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.

Assisting senior pastry chefs with daily mise-en-place, dough preparation, chocolate work, garnishes, and plating.

Ensuring proper storage of ingredients and maintaining stock rotation (FIFO).

Supporting the team in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the pastry kitchen and equipment.

Assisting in setting up buffets, live counters, and dessert displays for events, banquets, and restaurant service.

Handling equipment and tools safely and reporting any maintenance issues.

Maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.

Learning new techniques and taking part in ongoing training to enhance pastry skills.

What we need from you

High school diploma or culinary certification, preferably in pastry and baking.

Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.

Familiarity with basic pastry techniques—mixing, baking, glazing, decoration.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and recipes.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for pastry arts.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Must speak basic English; additional languages may be preferred.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
