Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary to handle front-desk operations, coordinate meetings, manage communications, and support daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, customers, and visitors.
- Schedule and organize meetings.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents.
- Support management and staff with projects and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in administration is an advantage.
