  • Lead and supervise the Government Relations team to ensure smooth and timely completion of all government-related transactions.
  • Process and follow up of visas, transfers, labour cards.
  • Resolve all issues and obtain approvals related to new and renewal of trade licenses.
  • Monitor the change in local laws and maintain contacts within the regulatory ministries.
  • Representing the company/client within the Public and Private authorities, Ministries and Embassies
  • Ensuring all information processed during submission is correct and accurate
  • Initiating the labor and immigration process and liaising directly with the relevant governmental entities such as the Public Authority of Manpower (PAM), the Ministry of Interior (MOI), the Public Authority of Civil Information (PACI), The Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS) etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and documentation.
  • Process knowledge in license renewals and amendments.
  • Good knowledge of the procedures and processes of the Kuwaiti labour and regulatory laws.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and visa/residency procedures.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
