What You Will Do

• Lead the In-Room Dining (IRD) and Private Bar operations, including managing, coaching, scheduling, and evaluating employees to ensure the highest performance and adherence to Four Seasons' culture and core standards.
• Inspire and motivate the team through training, recognition, and effective performance management.
• Oversee menu planning and amenity setup, ensuring creativity, guest appeal, and flawless presentation.
• Deliver attentive, unobtrusive in-room service with personalized touches, ensuring age-appropriate amenities are readily available.
• Maintain strong guest relations by being visible in operations, addressing special requests, and resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of all food, beverages, and amenities, working closely with the Restaurant, IRD Manager, and culinary teams to maintain innovative offerings at the highest standards.
• Manage costs and resources effectively through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control.
• Inspect guest rooms regularly to ensure private bar setup, amenity delivery, and service quality meet brand standards.
• Support the team hands-on when needed by assisting in service, amenity delivery, private bar operation, or covering the order-taking role.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards, maintain operational cleanliness, and foster a harmonious work environment.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a five-star luxury hotel in the Middle East.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management abilities.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt quickly.
