We are seeking 200 reliable and professional Taxi Drivers to join ourteam. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing safe,efficient, and courteous transportation services to our passengers. Compliance with these terms and conditions is mandatory, and any violation willsubject the driver to legal liability and the company's penalties and sanctionslist: 1. **Respectfor Passengers and Public Decency:** The driver must treat all passengers(clients) with respect and courtesy, and refrain from inappropriate behavior.Public decency must be maintained at all times during work. Playing songs ormusic of any kind inside the vehicle while passengers (clients) are present isstrictly prohibited. A calm and professional environment must be maintainedinside the vehicle. 2. **Activation of the App and Acceptance of Requests:** During the designatedworking hours (14 hours), the driver is required to activate the app and acceptall requests, without canceling or missing any. Failure to comply will resultin penalties as per the company's sanctions policy. 3. **SafeDriving:** The driver must adhere to traffic rules to ensure the safety ofpassengers (clients) and comply with all traffic laws and regulations inKuwait, including traffic signals, speed limits, and parking regulations. 4. **Punctuality:** The driver must arrive on time. In case of any delay, thepassengers (clients) must be informed in advance through the app. The drivermust follow the predetermined route in the app and not accept any route changesfrom clients unless processed through the app. 5. **Penaltyfor Sexual Harassment and Misconduct:** Any form of sexual harassment, whetherverbal, physical, gestures, text messages, or electronic messages, is strictlyprohibited. The driver must behave respectfully and professionally at all timesand avoid any behavior that could be interpreted as flirting or attempting toestablish a personal relationship with passengers. If any inappropriatebehavior is reported by passengers (clients), strict actions will be takenaccording to the company's penalties and sanctions list, in addition to legalaccountability. The penalty may include imprisonment for up to 7 years anddeportation from the country.6. **Penaltyfor Driving Under the Influence:** Driving under the influence of substancesthat impair mental or physical abilities, including alcohol, drugs, sedatives,or any similar substances, is strictly prohibited. If a driver is reported orfound to be under the influence, they will face penalties as per the company'ssanctions policy and legal accountability, which may include imprisonment anddeportation from the country.7. **NoSmoking:** The driver must refrain from smoking inside the vehicle inaccordance with traffic laws and to protect the health of passengers (clients). 8. **Absences:** Absences are prohibited and only acceptable in the case ofhospitalization. The driver must notify management in advance of any potentialabsence as soon as possible and before the start of the work shift. Anelectronic notice explaining the reason for the absence (only acceptable in thecase of hospitalization) and the expected duration must be provided. 9. **VehicleCleanliness, Personal Hygiene, and Appropriate Attire:** The driver mustmaintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, washing it daily inside and out toensure passenger (client) comfort. Personal hygiene must be maintained daily,including regular bathing. The driver must wear clean and tidy clothes at alltimes during work. The designated work attire includes black trousers, a whiteshirt, and black shoes. Additionally, the driver must have five sets of cottonundergarments and change their underwear several times daily, especially duringthe summer months (from April to September). 10. **NoTransporting Personal Items:** The driver is prohibited from transporting anypersonal items unrelated to their work during trips. All items transportedinside the vehicle must be related to passengers or authorized cargo only. 11. **Compliance with TALYAA App Pricing:** The driver must adhere to the pricingspecified in the TALYAA app. Any manipulation of prices will result inpenalties as per the company's sanctions list, in addition to state penaltiesfor theft or commercial fraud, which may include imprisonment for up to 3years.12. **Proficiency in Using Smartphone Apps:** The driver must be proficient inusing smartphone applications and know how to operate them effectively.Youacknowledge and comply with all the aforementioned laws, terms, and conditions.
