Are you passionate about storytelling, branding, and digital marketing? We're looking for a Marketing Executive who will support the hotel's marketing and communications initiatives to enhance visibility, drive engagement, and deliver impactful campaigns across platforms.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns in line with the hotel's business objectives and brand strategy.
Creating engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and advertisements.
Coordinating with internal teams (F&B, Rooms, Events, Spa, etc.) to highlight hotel promotions and experiences effectively.
Assisting in planning and executing PR activities, influencer collaborations, and events.
Monitoring campaign performance, preparing regular reports, and recommending improvements.
Maintaining brand standards across all marketing touchpoints.
Liaising with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners as needed.
What we need from you:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or media.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in social media management, basic design tools (Canva/Adobe), and campaign planning.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
