Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in basic dessert preparation: batter mixing, fruit cutting, sauce portioning, assembling components.
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness during and after shift.
  • Follow all hygiene and HACCP safety standards (gloves, labels, temperature checks).
  • Prepare and restock mise-en-place (chocolate sauce, cream, fruits, toppings) for each service.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts / Pastry & Bakery from a recognized institute
  • HACCP / Food Safety certificate
