  • Work closely with the Head Roaster and Quality Team to maintain flavor consistency.
  • Source and evaluate green coffee beans from various origins.
  • Conduct cupping sessions, flavor analysis, and brewing trials.
  • Train baristas and staff on new products and brewing techniques.
  • Support marketing and events with product knowledge and tastings.
  • Stay updated on coffee trends, sustainability practices, and innovations.
