Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

Are you a highly experienced IT professional with expertise in physical security systems, IT infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions?

We are seeking a seasoned IT Senior Technician (Pre-sales) to lead our team of technicians and engineers in managing system design and execution, and delivering end-to-end solutions across enterprise environments.

About the Role

As an IT Senior Technician, you will be responsible for leading the deployment, integration, and support of Access Control Systems and CCTV/VMS platforms. You will oversee and support server infrastructure, including Windows and Linux environments, and design, configure, and troubleshoot networking components. Additionally, you will implement and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for hybrid/cloud-hosted services.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the deployment, integration, and support of Access Control Systems and CCTV/VMS platforms
* Oversee and support server infrastructure, including Windows and Linux environments
* Design, configure, and troubleshoot networking components
* Implement and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for hybrid/cloud-hosted services
* Manage technical execution of projects from design through commissioning
* Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation
* Ensure all deployments comply with cybersecurity protocols and technical standards
* Integrate physical security systems with IT and cloud platforms
* Supervise and guide engineers and technicians

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field, and minimum 6 years of experience in Access Control and CCTV/VMS systems, server and network infrastructure, and AWS cloud services. Strong understanding of LAN/VLAN design, IP routing, VPNs, and cybersecurity principles is required. Hands-on experience with system integration, structured cabling, and virtualisation technologies is also necessary.
