Store Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of retail professionals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in driving sales growth, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for implementing effective store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service strategies to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth and Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
  2. Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and cash handling.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  4. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.
  5. Visual Merchandising: Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the GCC region.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of products and categories, with ability to communicate effectively to customers.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
