Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing and Media Manager to join our team at Vectrus. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in marketing and media operations.

About the Role

This position will be physically located in Kuwait, where you will play a key part in supporting LOGCAP activities. As a Senior Marketing and Media Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, future planning, and program development of our MWR Marketing & Media operation.

You will work closely with the Information Management department, other supervisors, leads, and external agencies to create a comprehensive and professional Marketing & Media product for the community. Your primary responsibilities will include determining marketing techniques, developing strategies to increase efficiency and participation levels of MWR events and activities.

You will also manage graphic design/marketing distribution/media production projects, schedule work, prioritize assignments, and provide program oversight for all aspects of marketing and media. Additionally, you will train staff in graphic design, visual display concepts, marketing distribution efforts, surveys, art displays, and other marketing requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

You should have experience working in a corporate or community recreational marketing arena, providing knowledge of marketing principles, graphic design, publicity distribution, and media production. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and you must be able to obtain a host country driver's license.
