About the Role

Flyper is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe, and ensuring that all food and beverage items are properly stocked.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Prepare specialty coffee drinks using high-quality ingredients
2. Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
3. Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques and coffee bean varieties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
