Estimator III Leader

As a Project Cost Manager at Worley, you will be responsible for leading a team of estimators to deliver accurate and timely cost estimates for our clients. You will work closely with our project management teams to develop and implement cost estimating procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of estimators to deliver accurate and timely cost estimates
• Developing and implementing cost estimating procedures
• Collaborating with project management teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates
• Maintaining and updating cost databases and spreadsheets
• Providing training and support to junior estimators

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, proven experience in cost estimation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
